Yes! iPiano is available worldwide, to anyone who has an internet connection.

What internet speed is required to use the iPiano members area?

iPiano was built to work on any standard internet connection! For standard definition videos, a download speed of 400 kilobits per second will work great. For high definition, you’ll want at least 1 megabit per second. You can test your internet connection here

Can the instructor see me when I am taking the lesson?

Nope! Unless you sneak into our studio during the live-stream, the instructor won't be able to see you during the lesson. But you can connect through the chat!

Is there any contract with iPiano?

No, you can cancel at any time to immediately stop any future payments.

How do I access the online members area?

Once you have placed an order for either a Monthly Membership or an Annual Membership - you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the members website and details on how you can login. This e-mail is not the same as your payment receipt, and it will arrive separately of that message.
Note: In rare situations, over-aggressive e-mail filters can block this important email message. Please check the spam folder in your email program to see if it landed there. If you cannot find it - please contact customer support for information on how you can get access to to the members area.

Do the iPiano lessons work on Windows/Mac?

Yes, the lessons are compatible with both Windows and Mac computers. They were also designed to be compatible with mobile devices like the iPad, iPhone, Android phones, and tablets.

How does the 60-day money back guarantee work?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your piano lessons. If you are unhappy for any reason, simply contact iPiano Support within 60 days of your purchase to close your account and get a full refund. Easy Peasy.

Can I order a membership without using a credit card?

Yes! You can also order using PayPal or cheque. If you would like to arrange any of these alternative payment methods, please email us using the contact information on this website.

If I use purchase a membership, when are my payments due?

Both Monthly and Annual Members receive their first 30 days free Your first payment is processed at the end of that 30 day trial. All following Monthly Membership payments will be processed in 30 day intervals from the date of purchase. All following Annual Membership payments will be processed in 365 day intervals from the date of purchase.

Can I update/change the dates of my monthly payment plan?

Sorry, there is no option to change the dates of your payment plan once it has been initiated. However, you do have the option to change the credit card being used to process the payments.

Can I update/change the credit card being used for payments?
